This notice has been prepared to inform you about the processing of your personal data under Turkish Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data ("KVKK").

Your personal data is processed on the basis of the following legal grounds set out in Article 5 of the KVKK:

5. Transfer of Personal Data
Your personal data may be transferred, where legally required, to authorised public institutions and organisations, to suppliers from whom we receive services in support of our business processes (such as our email infrastructure provider and hosting company), and, where you have given explicit consent, to our business partners. Such transfers are carried out in accordance with Articles 8 and 9 of the KVKK.
6. Retention Period for Personal Data
Your personal data is retained for the period stipulated by applicable legislation or for as long as required by the purpose of processing. Once these periods have elapsed, your personal data is deleted, destroyed or anonymised in accordance with the KVKK and applicable legislation. Data submitted through the contact form and quote requests is retained for a maximum of two (2) years from the date the relevant request is concluded.
7. Rights of the Data Subject (KVKK Article 11)
Pursuant to Article 11 of Law No. 6698, as a data subject you have the following rights:
- To learn whether your personal data is being processed
- To request information about the processing of your personal data, if it has been processed
- To learn the purpose of processing your personal data and whether it is used in accordance with that purpose
- To know the third parties, in Türkiye or abroad, to whom your personal data has been transferred
- To request the correction of your personal data where it has been processed incompletely or incorrectly
- To request the deletion or destruction of your personal data within the framework of the conditions set out in Article 7 of the KVKK
- To request that any correction, deletion or destruction carried out be notified to third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred
- To object to a result arising against you following analysis of your processed data exclusively through automated systems
- To request compensation for damage where you have suffered loss due to unlawful processing of your personal data
